Details:
The tour will involve the owner, Lele or Brad Galer, and the wine maker giving us a full tour of their winery and the fermentation process along with the machinery used to produce & bottle the wine.

Slow roasted Berkshire pork loin
Sour cherry marmalade
Bourbon Glazed Canadian Salmon
Whole roasted carrots with sumac and golden raisins
Spring Mix Salad with sherry and Dijon Vinaigrette

Costs:
$40 per non-member (co-workers, spouses, friends are all welcome!) For non-member chemical engineers, 1 year membership to AIChE-DVS is included.
$30 per member of AIChE Delaware Valley Section
$35 per non-member young professionals (35 and under) 1 year membership to AIChE-DVS is included.
$25 per AIChE-DVS member young professionals (35 and under)
$15 per student (MUST BE 21 or older)
