Dianne Dorland has received a Merit Award in the Chemical Engineering Magazine 2012 Personal Achievement Award Competition. Our local section awards committee submitted the application to nominate Dianne. Even though the President and CEO of UOP won the competition, Dianne is mentioned in this article for receiving a Merit Award, along with mention of her nominators: Doug and Zenaida. The award announcement was made at ChemInnovations in Oct in New Orleans, and more information is in the article from the Dec 2012 issue of Chemical Engineering Magazine (pages 17-20).
