Join your fellow engineers at this casual, but entertaining social event. This event was highly successful last year; reserve your spot before it’s too late. Tour the renowned Victory Brewery (~70,000 barrel annual capacity), including malt prep, brewing, fermentation, and bottling processes. Enjoy complementary beer tasting (during optional tour), appetizers, wood-fired brick oven pizza, wings, salad, socializing, and insanely good beer. This year, we’ve added a short cooking demonstration, featuring Victory Executive Chef Matt Krueger preparing “Drunken Mussels” (as seen on NBC10). |
