Background:
Veolia is an international company, headquartered in France. Our mission is to Resource the World, helping our customers address their environmental and sustainability challenges in energy, water and waste. We accomplish this by improving our clients’ energy efficiency, better managing their water and wastewater, and recovering resources from their wastes.
Veolia owns, operates and maintains the Red Lion, a sulfuric acid regeneration facility, supplying sulfuric acid to the petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries. Adjacent to the PBF Delaware City Refinery, we provide sulfur management services and supply the refinery with sulfuric acid, a critical material for refinery operations, regenerated from spent acid and acid gas. This facility was commissioned in 2005.

Closed toe shoes and covered legs are required! Additional PPE (personal protective equipment) including hard hat, safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided.
