February 13-22, 2020 – Engineers Week

National Engineers Week was established in 1951 to help increase public understanding of the engineering profession. In the Delaware Valley, Engineers Week programs have been held since 1953. The programs are sponsored by a collaboration of engineering societies, government agencies, universities, and major corporations representing thousands of engineers. Engineers Week is a strong venue to inform our citizens of the value of engineers, celebrate engineering technology and innovation, and cultivate interest in math, science and engineering among the nation’s youth – tomorrow’s work force.
