Abstract:
“The Scrubber Technology” presentation will highlight the primary system types, configurations, applications and typical performance levels that are achievable. Emphasis will be on gaseous and particulate removal.
Biographies
Michael Foggia spent 25+ years with Rohm & Haas (now Dow) working in the Specialty Chemicals group, focusing on new product and process commercialization, technical service/customer support, and Sales, Marketing and Business Development for chemical and photo-lithographic technology applications used in the electronics manufacturing sector. In 2006, he entered the air pollution control business, initially working on bio-oxidation technologies for the treatment of VOCs from industrial and municipal facilities and later diversifying into particulate removal/recovery, thermal oxidation and scrubber technologies. He currently works with Process Combustion Corporation as Business Development/Marketing Manager.
Steven George obtained his Chemical Engineering degree from Ohio University. He has 33 years of experience in air pollution control technologies including thermal oxidation and wet scrubbing. He also has experience in a variety of business positions including sales and business development, product manager, application engineer and engineering management. He currently holds the position of Manager EPC & Specialty Sales at Process Combustion Corporation – Air Pol.
