Background:

Veolia is a French transnational company with activities in three main service and utility areas traditionally managed by public authorities – water management, waste management, and energy services.

Using efficient combined heat and power technology at Schuylkill Station, Veolia’s district energy system is primarily powered by cogenerated “Green Steam”, fueled entirely by clean-burning natural gas. “Green Steam” is a sustainable and efficient energy solution that recycles thermal energy by recapturing waste heat.

PPE:

Closed toe shoes and covered legs are required! Additional PPE (personal protective equipment) including hard hat, safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided.
