- Mozzarella and Pineapple Skewer with fresh ciligine mozzarella, grilled pineapple, white pineapple balsamic, rosemary garnish
- Miniature Filet Crostini with filet of beef, caramelized onions, horseradish cream, bell pepper confetti on house made crostini
