About the Speaker:
Mr. Seguljic, a Professional Engineer and Vice President with HRP Associates, Inc., graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. For over 20 years he has been advising industrial and oil and gas clients throughout the United States to identify air requirements and implementing compliance strategies to ensure compliance and reduce compliance costs. Mr. Seguljic is a recognized expert in air permitting, operating requirements and control strategies. Most recently Mr. Seguljic has assisted several Marcellus Shale operators in developing air management system that recognize air permitting, operating and control requirements to ensure the operators maintain on-going compliance.
