Brief Bio
Kenneth L. Bibbo, Senior Technology Manager
Jacobs Engineering Group

Mr. Bibbo has over 43 years of industrial experience ranging from food and pharmaceutical processes and their respective equipment to the robotic assembly of military missiles to the refining and finishing of stainless steel alloys. He has spent the past 17 years developing and implementing single-use processing devices and systems for all of the major pharmaceutical companies worldwide.

As a Subject Matter Expert, he provides Jacobs with first-hand knowledge on the latest in single-use processing and where it can be effectively applied on a client’s project. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for the execution of projects from inception through validation for several of Jacobs’ key clients, most notably Amgen and their MoF facility now operating in Singapore. All of the process design and details, procurement and fabrication of the equipment and “modules” were the executed under his direct supervision.

Additionally, Ken holds numerous US and International Patents for single use products and processes. He even holds a patent for a specialized “pattern forming” robot that packs commercial bakery bread products. Ken was the main technical force behind the development of the first 10,000 Liter Disposable Mixing System known as HyNetics®; and brought to market a disposable diaphragm valve known as “Simflex®; a single-use Pass Through Portal system known as “AdvantaPass” as well as other single use devices that are commercially available.
