Over the past decade the landscape of the pharmaceutical industry has changed with the innovations of new technologies, like ATMPs. There are more start-up companies that are looking for their first manufacturing space. This presentation will look at the challenges a company faces at the start of their manufacturing journey and give a perspective from both a process and architecture perspective. Understanding initial needs and how to get through the early stages of growth is the first key to long-term company success.
